Properties:
Coming from kaolin calcined at temperatures between 600 and 900°C, (hydrated aluminium silicate).

Advantages:
POUZZOLANIC EFFECT: In contact with water, the METASIAL B reacts with limestone to give stable compositions, analogous to those formed by Portland Cement.
By adding to concrete mixes, METASIAL B therefore:

• Fixes the limestone freed by the reaction of the cement hydrating.
• Increases the compaction of the concrete, through the presence of its fines and those of the composition obtained.
• Reduces the porosity of the concrete.
• Increases the acid resistance.

ENHANCEMENT OF MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF CONCRETES:
Through the pouzzalonic effect of the METASIAL B combined with filler action associated with its fine grainsize, the result is a notable improvement on the mechanical properties of the concretes, clearly discernable after 28 days.
