SOKA annonces the acquisition of the Ukrainian company PLAST owning the kaolin deposit of Pervomajsk in Nykolaev region

SOKA is a French company, privately owned producing kaolins dedicated to ceramic and users of bright mineral fillers industries. 3 deposits are mined in Brittany – west of France procucing 120 000 tpa.

75% of them are exported mainly in Europe and Asia.

SOKA acquired the Ukrainian company PLAST which own the deposit of Verboskoe located near Pervomajsk in Mykolaev area. This company provides kaolin in bricks, cement and tiles industries. Soka is planning to settle a refining plant in order to provide CIS and Eastern Europe countries with refined kaolin.
